Credits and Attribution


This website was modeled after the system made by Delson Charles Austria, Jana Katarina Guzman, Justin Ryan Siy and Racquel Anne Zaplan for their thesis project, San Juan City "Your Say, Juan!" e-Participation System under the guidance of Dr. Sherwin E. Ona. The thesis was submitted to De La Salle University - Manila in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree of Bachelor of Science in Information Systems. Special contributor to this project: Vianica Ravelo.

This website was adopted by the city government of San Juan under the City Resolution No. 9, Series of 2014. New design concept and content were incorporated to this website in order to cater for the needs required by the city government.


Where otherwise noted, other original content attributed to Your Say, Juan! including the Your Say, Juan! e-Participatioon Logo are available under a Creative Commons Attribution license (see our site footer). The logos of San Juan City and Sangguniang Panglunsod are properties of the San Juan City Government.

One explicit exception is the legislation of San Juan City: all copyright and related rights are not applicable to all ordinances and resolutions of San Juan City. These are available under the public domain in accordance with the Republic Act No. 8293 Section 176. Works of the Government. No copyright shall subsist in any work of the Government of the Philippines. No prior approval or conditions shall be required for the use for any purpose of statutes.
